We started by looking at different kinds of food. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
